BOOZY ORANGE CHEESECAKE BARS

It’s hot outside, and therefore the last item i would like to try to to is activate the oven. Are you with me? Is it hot where you live? Especially when it involves entertaining, easy recipes which will be made beforehand (and don’t require an oven) are a number of the simplest recipes. These Boozy Orange Cheesecake Bars taste a bit like an orange dreamsicle! Plus, they’re boozy – yea!

BOOZY ORANGE CHEESECAKE BARS

These no bake cheesecake bars are super simple to form . They use Jackson Morgan Southern Cream in their Whipped Orange flavor, but the nifty thing is that you simply can switch out the flavors to form an entire sort of cheesecake bars for summer. Peaches & Cream? Yep. Banana Pudding Cream? Oh yes! this point , I made the orange and like it for summer parties, citrus is usually successful .

If you’re new around here, you almost certainly don’t realize my obsession with Jackson Morgan yet, but it’s real. They’re based out of my husband’s hometown – Fayetteville, TN – and therefore the Jackson Morgan family is nice as pie! I’ve created many recipes with Jackson Morgan, you'll find a couple of below…

NO BAKE CHEESECAKE BAR TIPS

Let’s chat about the way to make these boozy bars, shall we? the bottom is crushed up vanilla wafers, but you'll also use graham crackers or maybe chocolate cookies! I find the simplest thanks to crush them up is with my kitchen appliance , but if you’re feeling aggressive, roll and crush them to crumbs while they’re safely sealed during a plastic bag! Either way will do the trick, ha! I found that one box of vanilla wafers made about 2 1/2 cups of crumbs (so you'll reserve some cookies back for other uses) as you’ll just need 2 cups.

You’ll mix the crumbs with melted butter and firmly press into rock bottom of an 8″x8″ baking pan that has been lined with either aluminium foil or parchment paper. you'll use the rear of a spoon or bottom of a glass to press it down firmly. this may help it stay into a “crust” form once you cut the bars. I spritz rock bottom with baking spray with great care the bars will easily release when cutting them.

For the particular filling, it’s a mixture of cheese , granulated sugar , whipped topping and in fact – Jackson Morgan Southern Cream in Whipped Orange! you would like to follow the ratio carefully in order that it'll freeze well as alcohol can make things tricky. So pour yourself a glass to sip while making these bars, but make certain to only use 1/2 cup within the recipe so they’ll freeze perfectly! you'll also add chopped fruit within the mix if you would like .
Make these bars the day before you’re able to serve them! I actually love this requirement because it means you'll get one recipe for a celebration out of the way before the day-of madness. Recipes that need being prepped and served immediately can mean a wild few hours before your party, not ideal! So I encourage you to undertake these out for your next summer party!

These boozy orange cheesecake bars are creamy, delicious, and filled with creamy, whipped orange flavor! They’re absolutely perfect for summer entertaining and parties, just keep them refrigerated until able to serve. dig squares, place on a tray, garnish with a couple of orange slices and mint, and ta-da! Your guests will LOVE them! Obviously, these bars got to only be shared with those over 21. ;)
