Best Strawberry Cake Mix Doughnuts

If you aren’t following me on social (WHY?! DO IT!), you'll not know that i'm beyond hooked in to doughnuts lately .


I plan my weeks around when and where I can get doughnuts. I went hiking the opposite day with great care I had an excuse to hit my favorite drive thru doughnut shop on the way home.


It’s bad.


As you read this, I’m probably somewhere buying our weekend supply of these fried rings of deliciousness.


But i assumed for immediately , I could show you my favorite cheater thanks to make doughnuts reception .


Yep, ready-mix ! All you would like is cake mix and a doughnut pan.


Well, and every one the opposite stuff but you almost certainly have already got oil and eggs and water.


You know i really like the Pillsbury Moist Supreme cake mixes! they're my all-time fave cake mixes – cakes and cupcakes just end up so moist and fluffy!


And doughnuts end up moist and fluffy too! Woo!


So to form these Strawberry ready-mix Doughnuts, you only mix the ready-mix with oil, eggs, and water then bake them for about 10 minutes. allow them to cool then cover them in my new favorite frosting: Pillsbury Fluffy Frost in Strawberry Marshmallow. then put sprinkles everywhere!


(And in fact , you'll use a special flavor ready-mix if you actually wanted but why would you would like to? The strawberry is pink! Pink doughnuts!)

If you’ve never had a baked doughnut, they’re really more the feel of a cupcake buuuuut, it’s more fun when they’re shaped like doughnuts, right?

Ingredients

• 1 Pillsbury Moist Supreme Strawberry ready-mix
• 1 cup water
• 1/2 cup vegetable oil
• 3 eggs
• 1 Pillsbury Fluffy Frost in Strawberry Marshmallow

Instructions

• 1. Preheat oven to 350F. Spray a doughnut pan with baking spray.
• 2. during a bowl , beat Pillsbury Moist Supreme Strawberry ready-mix , water, oil, and eggs together until combined. Fill each section of the doughnut pan about 2/3 full.
• 3. Bake for 10 minutes. Let cool 5 minutes in pan then flip onto a wire rack to chill completely. Repeat with remaining batter.
• 4. Once completely cool, spread Pillsbury Fluffy Frost in Strawberry Marshmallow on top of every doughnut.
